Crewing Agency - D.C.A - Training
We provide in-house training for our seamen to enable them to
continuously upgrade their skills. Before joining the vessel, our
seaman have to attending an intensive training which has as
purpose the familiarization with company’s policy and also the
refreshing of their acknowledges about:-
1. English for on board & ashore communicate
2. Safety on board the ship & ashore
3. Survival at sea and the using of rescue facilities
4. Fire fighting and fire prevention
5. Medical intervention in an emergency situation
6. Prevention of maritime pollution
7. The transport and handling of dangerous cargoes
This training consists in consulting of video and written materials
containing imaginary situations that may arise on board of vessels,
shipyard and the modality in which should be acted, educating and
training our personnel to improve their health, safety and
environmental awareness and skills.
